To welcome the new members of the team, a training program was organized titled “Induction Training Program for Management Trainee Officer” by the Learning & Talent Development Center of Padma Bank at Mirpur. On 17th May 2023, Padma Bank's Managing Director & CEO, Tarek Reaz Khan officially inaugurated the program along with Deputy Managing Director & CRO, Faisal Ahsan Chowdhury and Deputy Managing Director & CBO, Mohammed Emtiaz Uddin. This training program will continue for ten days with the participation of 24 MTOs.

Dr. Chowdhury Nafeez Sarafat, Chairman of Padma Bank and Member Secretary of the organizing committee of the "Sheikh Hasina Intra-Bank Football Tournament 2023", honored the occasion with his presence. The revered Chief of Army Staff of the Bangladesh Army, General S M Shafiuddin Ahmed, SBP (BAR), OSP, ndu, psc, PhD, opened the momentous event. Under the sponsorship of the Bangladesh Armed Forces, 33 bank teams assembled for this renowned game.
